Brazil regional updates on employment, education, and social inclusion

Various regional initiatives across Brazil are focusing on employment, education, and social inclusion. In Manaus, the municipal government is offering 19,930 university scholarships through the Bolsa Universidade 2027 program, alongside internship opportunities for high school and higher education students. Additionally, Sebrae is providing entrepreneurship training via the Empretec seminar to strengthen local businesses.

Labor market inclusion is a major theme, with several cities hosting job fairs and specialized services. João Pessoa and Bahia are conducting employability fairs specifically for people with disabilities (PCD). In Mato Grosso do Sul, the SouSesi platform is facilitating free job listings for workers and industries, including PCDs. Meanwhile, Assaí Atacadista is recruiting for over 100 positions in Ceará and 90 in Amazonas, with roles open to PCD candidates.

Other local updates include a migrant and refugee documentation drive in Londrina, vocational training for vulnerable women in Mato Grosso, and municipal education registration in Pinhais. In São Sepé, the city council has approved new projects regarding rural tourism and temporary staffing.
