Londrina police target man for impersonating a narcotics delegate

Police in Londrina, Paraná, conducted an operation against a 49-year-old man accused of impersonating a narcotics delegate from DENARC to intimidate citizens. The suspect, identified by the initials J. W. P., allegedly used fraudulent messages and notifications to pose as a civil police officer.

During a search and seizure operation at his residence, authorities recovered a fake functional ID card featuring the Republic's coat of arms and the inscription ‘POLÍCIA CIVIL’, a pistol simulator, a magazine with 15 intact .380 caliber rounds, and a mobile phone. The individual faces investigation for crimes including usurpation of public function, false identity, fraud, and irregular possession of ammunition.
