Long John Silver's announces new fall menu and expansion strategy

Long John Silver's is launching a new fall menu on August 24, focusing on comfort food and nostalgia. The lineup features hand-battered fried pickles and a new Old Bay Ranch dipping sauce. Other menu additions include a $6 fish and chicken basket, a $14.15 fish and chicken platter with fried pickles, and a $9.99 Ranch Lover's Meal. The brand is also bringing back Pumpkin Cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory.

The company is implementing this strategy following 16 consecutive quarters of same-store sales growth. Alongside these menu changes, Long John Silver's continues to remodel and expand its restaurant locations under new ownership. Regular customers of the chain frequently highlight items such as the shrimp basket, chicken, hushpuppies, and clam strips as staples of the menu.
