LongHorn Steakhouse to expand to Middleburg, Florida

LongHorn Steakhouse is scheduled to open a new location in Middleburg, Florida, by late 2027. The restaurant will occupy an 11.4-acre parcel at the intersection of Blanding Boulevard and Henley Road.

The site is part of a retail development currently under construction. The Ferber Company, a real estate firm based in Ponte Vedra Beach, closed on the land in August. The expansion follows population growth in Clay County and the completion of a segment of the First Coast Expressway.

LongHorn Steakhouse is owned by Darden Restaurants, an Orlando-based company that also operates brands such as Olive Garden and Ruth’s Chris Steak House. This new location is expected to be company-operated.
