Loni Walker IV signs with Beşiktaş

American basketball player Loni Walker IV is returning to the EuroLeague, having reached an agreement to join the Turkish club Beşiktaş. The 27-year-old guard joins the team led by Serbian coach Dušan Alimpijević following his release from the Denver Nuggets.

Walker had previously signed a two-way contract with the Nuggets in an attempt to secure a permanent roster spot, but was released after appearing in only three preseason games. His move to Beşiktaş was facilitated by agent Miško Ražnatović of BeoBasket.

Walker is expected to provide a significant offensive boost to Beşiktaş, which currently holds a 2-3 record in the EuroLeague. He previously demonstrated high scoring capabilities in Europe during his tenure with Maccabi Tel Aviv, where he averaged 15.2 points per game.
