Lonza and Quriant showcase dual-payload ADC platform in London

Lonza and Quriant have introduced ‘SYN-duo CC’, a dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) platform, at the ELRIG Drug Discovery 2026 conference in London. This presentation follows the initial unveiling of the technology at World ADC 2026 in San Diego.

The SYN-duo CC platform utilizes Quriant’s CDK7 inhibitor combined with the TOP1 inhibitor exatecan as an off-the-shelf linker-payload technology. This allows ADC developers to design and develop dual-payload conjugates by applying the technology to various antibody targets. Lonza provides integrated CDMO capabilities, covering everything from initial technical evaluation to development and production.

The partnership aims to expand the platform in two directions: applying specific payload combinations to multiple antibody targets and combining Quriant’s CDK7 inhibitor with Lonza’s diverse linker-payload technologies to create new combinations. Revenue generated from the joint commercialization of the platform will be shared between the two companies according to agreed ratios.
