Lopesan Hotel Group adopts SynXis reservation platform

Lopesan Hotel Group has partnered with technology provider Aven Hospitality to implement the SynXis platform, a unified central reservation system (CRS) designed to cover the group’s international portfolio.

The cloud-based system, which utilizes artificial intelligence, aims to consolidate the company’s technical architecture and optimize direct sales through its official website. By improving search engine visibility and balancing performance across online travel agency channels, the group seeks to achieve a more profitable and efficient commercial equilibrium.

Melquíades Entrena, Director of Business Intelligence and Technology at Lopesan Hotel Group, stated that the investment is intended to prepare the company for the future of hotel commerce by building a more solid digital commerce base with increased visibility, flexibility, and control over distribution channels.
