Lopesan Hotel Group expands Caribbean presence with four new properties

Lopesan Hotel Group is implementing a new development strategy in Playa Bávaro, Dominican Republic, by offering four distinct hotel properties designed to cater to different traveler profiles. The new lineup includes Lopesan Costa Bávaro, Caoba Lagoon, Serenity Bay, and Splash Cove, totaling 2,077 rooms.

The strategy moves away from a uniform hotel model toward specialized experiences focusing on nature, relaxation, family entertainment, and gastronomy. A key component of this expansion is the Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort, Spa & Casino, which utilizes architecture and landscape design to create a unique tropical atmosphere intended to differentiate the guest experience from conventional resorts.
