Lopesan Hotel Group launches three luxury resorts in Punta Cana

Lopesan Hotel Group opened three new all‑inclusive resorts in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic: Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort Spa & Casino, Lopesan Serenity Bay Spa & Casino, and Lopesan Splash Cove Spa & Casino. The $350 million investment adds more than 1,000 rooms and marks the company's largest expansion in the Caribbean.

The three properties are positioned for different market segments – Caoba Lagoon features a central lagoon pool, Serenity Bay is an adults‑only retreat, and Splash Cove offers a family‑focused water park. All three share common dining, entertainment and public spaces, creating a connected resort campus that complements the existing Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort.

Lopesan Caribbean regional director Carlos Jimenez described the openings as a defining moment for the group, emphasizing confidence in Punta Cana’s continued growth as a premier luxury‑travel destination.
