Léopold Yiriko Toé installed as CNSS Secretary General

Léopold Yiriko Toé has been officially installed as the Secretary General of the Caisse nationale de sécurité sociale (CNSS) in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. The installation ceremony was led by the Director General, Dr. Hermann Yacouba Nacambo.

In his inaugural address, Toé emphasized a mission based on responsibility, dialogue, and collective work. He highlighted the importance of providing quality, reliable, and accessible services to workers and pensioners. His strategic goals include accelerating digital transformation, improving operational efficiency, and modernizing work methods through organizational and managerial evolution.

Dr. Nacambo noted that Toé’s appointment was based on his administrative competence and deep knowledge of the institution. The Secretary General will assist the Director General in coordinating administrative and technical activities, managing board sessions, and may act as a substitute for the Director General when necessary. Key priorities for the new leadership include promoting good governance, enhancing digitalization, and strengthening social dialogue within the institution.
