Lorena Rodríguez marks nearly two decades at UAEMéx radio

Lorena Rodríguez has spent nearly two decades working at UniRadio, the broadcasting station of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México (UAEMéx). Originally from Mexico City, Rodríguez moved to Toluca at age six and developed a lifelong passion for media and communication.

After studying Communication, she explored various mediums including photography, television, and art, but ultimately found her calling in radio. Her professional experience includes working as a broadcaster and scriptwriter for the State of Mexico Human Rights Commission (CODHEM) program on Radio Mexiquense. Rodríguez views radio as a powerful tool for communication that can provoke questions, change perspectives, and generate reflection among listeners.
