Lorenzo Amatucci returns to Deportivo midfield options

Lorenzo Amatucci is expected to return to the Deportivo de La Coruña midfield for their upcoming match against Atlético de Madrid at the Metropolitano. Amatucci, who previously played for Las Palmas, missed the recent match against Levante after receiving a red card during a game against Real Sociedad.

Coach Antonio Hidalgo faces a decision regarding the central midfield structure, weighing the potential partnership of Riki and Amatucci against other options following the absence of Casadó due to long-term injury.

Málaga CF sporting director Loren Juarros expressed satisfaction with the club's progress despite complex administrative situations. Juarros emphasized the club's philosophy of developing young talent and creating internal assets, drawing parallels to the development of players like Mikel Oyarzabal at Real Sociedad.
