Loreto hosts photographic exhibition honoring historic 'Le Coronare' women

On 5 August, the town of Loreto inaugurated a photographic exhibition titled “Le Coronare a Loreto – Volti, lavoro e devozione di un tempo”. The show, conceived by Angela Peluso, President of the Rione Mura association, was organized with the patronage of the Comune di Loreto and the Prelatura di Loreto. It aims to preserve and promote the memory of the Coronare – women whose silent work, faith and sacrifice helped make Loreto known worldwide.

The opening ceremony was attended by Mayor Moreno Pieroni, Culture and Tourism Assessor Francesca Carli, Regional Equality Commissioner Dr. Noemi Ortenzi, Commerce Councilor Donatella Marani and other civil, religious and military authorities. Monsignor Fabio Dal Cin sent a greeting. The event was supported by numerous local sponsors, including Alleanza Assicurazioni, Arpa Loreto, ASA, AVIS Loreto, GBT, BG Infissi and others, reflecting strong community involvement.
