Lori Meyers announces eighth studio album ‘Disonancia’

Granadian band Lori Meyers has announced the release of their eighth studio album, titled ‘Disonancia’, scheduled for October 16, 2026. This marks the group's return to studio recordings after a five-year hiatus.

The album consists of ten tracks, including previously released singles ‘En lo total’, ‘Malafollá’, and ‘Tus amigos’. The songs explore various musical styles, ranging from electronic production to post-punk influences. The project was produced by Ferran Gisbert following a two-year creative process, with mixing by Claudius Mittendorfer and mastering by John Webber.

The concept of ‘Disonancia’ refers to the conflict between internal feelings and external appearances. Much of the songwriting originated from a period of voluntary isolation by the band member Noni, which lasted approximately eighteen months. The album will be available in several formats, including signed limited editions on vinyl and CD, as well as a deluxe vinyl edition via Universal Music.
