Loria pedestrian struck and dragged by vehicle

A 52-year-old man is in critical condition after being struck and dragged approximately 20 meters by a car in Loria, Treviso. The incident occurred on the evening of Sunday, October 25, at the intersection of via Primo Maggio and via Masaccio while the man was walking with his wife and two teenage daughters.

Emergency responders transported the victim to the hospital in Treviso, where he remains in life-threatening condition. The driver, a 64-year-old local resident, underwent a breathalyzer test which returned a negative result. Carabinieri are currently conducting investigations to determine the exact dynamics of the accident.
