Loris Baz and Bobby Fong win MotoAmerica races at VIR

The MotoAmerica Quad Lock Superbike Championship doubleheader at Virginia International Raceway featured dramatic results for Loris Baz and Bobby Fong.

In Race 2, Bobby Fong of Attack Performance Progressive Yamaha Racing mounted a significant recovery after a poor start that dropped him to seventh place. Fong methodically moved through the field, overtaking competitors including Richie Escalante and championship leader SDK. In the final laps, Fong capitalized on a mistake by Mathew Scholtz to take the lead, ultimately winning by 2.044 seconds. This victory marked Fong's fourth consecutive win at VIR.

In Race 3, Loris Baz of Warhorse HSBK Ducati Flo4Law secured a victory in a restarted race, contributing to a highly unpredictable day of competition that tightens the championship points standings with only two rounds remaining.
