Lorrana Merrifield Launches GoFundMe Amid Personal Crisis

Lorrana Merrifield, a 29‑year‑old participant in TLC’s reality series “Seeking Sister Wife,” announced a GoFundMe campaign seeking roughly $6,000. The funds are intended for legal representation, daily living expenses and to help her secure employment after the birth of her daughter, Sarah Mae, in July 2025. Merrifield says she receives no regular financial support from her husband, Garrick Merrifield, and wishes to protect her daughter’s privacy while rebuilding stability.

The fundraiser, launched in August 2025, has drawn limited donations – 23 contributors have given a total of about $384 at the time of reporting. Merrifield, originally from Brazil, moved to the United States to join the show and now faces a “difficult and unexpected transition,” according to her campaign message.
