Los Angeles Rams face injury uncertainty ahead of Week 8
The Los Angeles Rams are monitoring several key players ahead of their upcoming matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers. Cornerback Trent McDuffie is trending toward a return after missing the last two games due to a groin injury. His presence is considered a significant boost for a defense that currently ranks fourth in the NFL in air yards allowed per game.
Linebacker Nate Landman is also trending toward playing after missing the Week 7 contest due to concussion symptoms. Landman serves as the defense’s primary signal caller, a role recently filled by Quentin Lake.
On the offensive side, tight end Colby Parkinson is listed as questionable with a rib injury sustained during last week’s game against the Raiders. Parkinson’s availability is critical as the Rams deal with other receiving injuries, including Puka Nacua, who is managing a calf injury, and Davante Adams, who remains out for several weeks with a hamstring injury.
