Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Rams face Week 4 matchup amid heavy injuries

The Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Rams face off in a Week 4 NFL matchup marked by significant injury concerns for both rosters. The Eagles enter the game with a depleted lineup, including the unexpected absence of All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson due to personal reasons. Other key Philadelphia players ruled inactive or doubtful include wide receiver DeVonta Smith, tight end Dallas Goedert, linebacker Zack Baun, and safety Marcus Epps.

The Rams also face personnel challenges, with defensive star Aaron Donald and Myles Garrett listed as inactive. However, Los Angeles will see the return of wide receiver Puka Nacua.

Both teams are looking to rebound from recent losses; the Eagles sit at 2-1 following a defeat to the Chicago Bears, while the Rams are 1-2 after a loss to the Denver Broncos. Historically, the Eagles have held an advantage in this matchup, winning four consecutive games against the Rams.
