Los Angeles Rams Sign Veteran Offensive Lineman Blake Hance
The Los Angeles Rams added veteran offensive lineman Blake Hance to their training‑camp roster, signing him on July 28. Hance, 30, is in his eighth NFL season and has played for seven other teams, including stints with the Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars, San Francisco 49ers, Tennessee Titans and Washington (now Commanders). He has appeared in 63 games, starting 11, and can play guard and tackle on both sides of the line.
The move follows the Rams’ earlier signing of another lineman, Bill Murray, and comes as the club deals with injuries to reserve OL Justin Dedich, who was placed on the non‑football injury list with a hand issue, and the legal saga surrounding starter Alaric Jackson. Adding Hance provides immediate depth and competition on the offensive line as the Rams prepare for the upcoming season.
