Los Angeles Rams star players Puka Nacua and Myles Garrett face delayed returns
Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay provided an update on the injury status of star players Puka Nacua and Myles Garrett. Both players remained out of practice as the team continues its training camp.
Wide receiver Puka Nacua is dealing with psoas soreness, an injury sustained during a joint practice with the Dallas Cowboys. Edge rusher Myles Garrett is managing knee swelling. While the absences have lasted longer than initially expected, McVay indicated that both players will ‘probably’ return to practice next week.
Reports suggest the absences are largely precautionary. Garrett has missed approximately two weeks of training camp, while Nacua has been sidelined since last week. Neither player was expected to participate in the recent preseason matchup against the New Orleans Saints.
