Los Cabos ATP 250 tournament marks 10th anniversary with global stars and Mexican wildcards

The Los Cabos ATP 250 event will be held from 25 July to 1 August 2026 at the Cabo Sports Complex in Baja California Sur, celebrating its tenth edition. The draw is led by former champion Grigor Dimitrov, joined by Jiri Lehecka, Luciano Darderi, Francisco Cerúndolo, Karen Khachanov and Cameron Norrie. Organisers have granted wild‑card entries to Mexican players Rodrigo Pacheco and Santiago González, who will team up in doubles for the first time. Tournament director Geoffrey Fernández said, “El tercer Wild Card será para Rodrigo Pacheco, a quien le daremos invitación tanto en singles como en dobles, donde estará jugando en pareja con Santiago González.”

In partnership with CONADE, the tournament also aims to integrate elite junior talent, giving promising Mexican prospects exposure to ATP‑level competition. Officials note that the event has become a catalyst for sports tourism in Los Cabos, prompting infrastructure upgrades at the venue and attracting international spectators and media attention.
