Los Cabos honors former municipal treasurer Rigoberto Arce Martínez

The XV Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos, led by Municipal President Christian Agúndez Gómez, held a posthumous tribute to honor former municipal treasurer Rigoberto Arce Martínez. The ceremony recognized his professional trajectory and contributions to local administration and public service in Baja California Sur.

The event brought together family, friends, public servants, former mayors, and former officials. During the ceremony, Agúndez Gómez praised Arce Martínez for his human qualities, responsibility, and commitment to the community, describing him as an “untouchable person.”

As part of the official protocol, honor guards were performed alongside solemn music from the Banda de Guerra of the General Directorate of Public Security. The tribute concluded the official farewell ceremonies for the former official, who previously managed the local public treasury.
