Los Dos Potrillos to expand to Loveland, Colorado in 2027

Mexican restaurant chain Los Dos Potrillos has announced plans to open a new location in Loveland, Colorado, scheduled for sometime in 2027.

Founded in 2002 by Jose Ramirez in Centennial, the chain has expanded to six Colorado locations, including Castle Rock, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Parker, and Northglenn. The upcoming Loveland site may be situated within the Avenue South development, which is also slated to open in 2027.

The restaurant family business, named after Ramirez’s sons Daniel and Luiz, offers a menu featuring items such as steak and seafood fajitas, craft beer, and specialty cocktails.
