Los Ríos Regional Government establishes heritage infrastructure table

The Regional Government of Los Ríos has established the Regional Heritage Infrastructure Table to accelerate the recovery, conservation, and promotion of the region's cultural heritage. Led by Regional Governor Luis Cuvertino Gómez, this intersectoral body will collaborate with the Ministry of Cultures, Arts, and Heritage to coordinate technical capabilities, funding sources, and investment decisions.

This initiative aligns with the National Heritage Infrastructure Plan, a collaborative agreement involving several subsecretariats and the National Heritage Service. The table will oversee the identification and prioritization of projects for museums, archives, libraries, and regional repositories, as well as other territorial initiatives aimed at protecting heritage assets and buildings.
