Losser mayor meets actor who plays mayor in local commercials

Actor Robert Jan Peters, who has played the role of a mayor in television commercials for the salad manufacturer Johma for fourteen years, recently met the actual mayor of Losser, Jeroen Diepemaat.

Despite the long-standing connection between the actor's role and the town of Losser, where Johma is a major employer, the two had not met until a recent event. Mayor Diepemaat noted that previous opportunities to meet were missed due to scheduling conflicts with the company's annual taste test event.
