LOT Polish Airlines revamps Business Class amenities and suspends Krakow lounge access
LOT Polish Airlines announced a refreshed Business Class offering that includes new amenity kits, upgraded headphones, cosmetics from HDRÈY and the Polish brand Phenomé, and the addition of Bolesławiec pottery on long‑haul flights. The kits are available in navy blue and copper, and the cosmetics now feature facial mist and eye patches. Director of Product Experience Izabela Leszczynska said the changes aim to create a consistent, refined experience, while Phenomé CEO Aldona Luterek highlighted the privilege of having Polish‑made cosmetics on board.
From 1 August 2026, LOT Business Class and Miles&More status passengers will no longer receive free entry to the business lounge at Krakow Airport after the airport raised usage fees to some of the highest in Europe. LOT called the new terms “unacceptable” and said negotiations are ongoing to reach an agreement.
