Lotería del Chubut delivers medical equipment to Andean hospitals

The Lotería del Chubut, through the Instituto de Asistencia Social (IAS), has delivered new equipment to hospitals and health posts in the Andean region of Chubut, Argentina. The initiative was led by IAS President Ramiro Ibarra and Esquel Mayor Matías Taccetta.

According to Ibarra, the distribution aligns with provincial priorities in health and education set by Governor Ignacio Torres. He noted that by law, 70% of the profits generated by the Lotería del Chubut are allocated to social action. The equipment is designated for several facilities, including the Tecka Hospital, the Esquel Hospital, and the Atilio Viglione rural health post.
