Loteria Română supplements Loto 6/49 prize fund after record win

Loteria Română has supplemented the category I prize fund for the Loto 6/49 drawing on Sunday, August 16, with 500,000 lei. This follows a historic jackpot win on Thursday, August 13, where a prize of 52.84 million lei (approximately 10.07 million euros) was awarded. This represents the largest category I prize in the history of the Loto 6/49 game and the second such win this year. The winning ticket was purchased at an agency in Oradea.

In addition to Loto 6/49, several other lottery games will hold drawings, including Noroc, Joker, Noroc Plus, Loto 5/40, and Super Noroc. Significant rollovers are reported for several categories: Noroc has a cumulative rollover exceeding 3.94 million lei, while Joker's category I rollover stands at over 3.87 million lei. Other notable rollovers include Noroc Plus at over 644,200 lei and Super Noroc at over 361,500 lei.
