Caixa holds major lottery draws with R$ 300 million Lotofácil prize

Caixa Econômica Federal is conducting several major lottery draws in Brazil. The Lotofácil da Independência special draw (contest 3780) features an estimated prize of R$ 300 million. Due to a schedule change, the draw will take place at 9:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM, allowing more time for betting; physical lottery shops will accept bets until 6:00 PM, while digital platforms will accept group bets (bolão) until 8:00 PM. Notably, this special prize does not accumulate; if no one hits 15 numbers, the funds are distributed to those with 14 hits.

Additionally, the Mega-Sena draw (contest 3058) has an estimated prize of R$ 95 million, which has accumulated after no winner was declared in the previous contest. The Mega-Sena draw is scheduled for Tuesday at 9:00 PM in São Paulo. Other recent results include the Lotomania 2975 and Dia de Sorte 1297, with the latter seeing a single winner take home R$ 1.3 million.
