Loto‑Québec launches lottery tickets for Celine Dion concert in Paris

Loto‑Québec announced on 3 August a new “Diva” scratch‑off lottery that gives players a chance to win a trip to Paris and tickets to Celine Dion’s concert on 25 September. Two grand prizes are offered, each valued at about CAD 25,000 and including round‑trip airfare, four nights’ accommodation, a dinner at the Eiffel‑Tower restaurant, a Seine‑river cruise and a €5 000 travel voucher. The tickets went on sale the same day and will be available for six weeks.

The promotion marks a shift for the state‑run lottery from cash jackpots toward high‑value travel and entertainment packages, leveraging the star power of the iconic vocalist to drive ticket sales.
