Lotte and Nomura Real Estate to open BEAT PARK OSAKA

Lotte Holdings and Nomura Real Estate Development have announced the establishment of a joint venture to open “BEAT PARK OSAKA,” a multi-use entertainment facility located just three minutes from Shin-Osaka Station. Scheduled to open in March 2028, the venue will have a capacity of approximately 1,600 people.

The facility aims to address a shortage of mid-sized concert venues in the Osaka area. It is designed as a “multi-use” space, intended to host rock bands, idol groups, comedy performances, and fan meetings, as well as corporate events such as shareholder meetings and entrance ceremonies. To enhance the experience, the venue will feature high-definition LED visuals and advanced German-made CODA Audio speaker systems.

Leveraging the Lotte Group’s extensive South Korean entertainment network, the venue plans to actively attract K-POP artists for showcases and fan meetings, aiming to create a new trend of artists debuting in Japan via Osaka rather than Tokyo. The project also seeks to transform Shin-Osaka from a mere transit hub into a destination for staying and leisure.
