Lotte and Phat Dat break ground on 60 trillion VND project in Ho Chi Minh City

Lotte Group and Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (PDR) are commencing construction on the Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem project in the Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City. The project has an estimated total investment of approximately 60,000 billion VND.

The multi-functional complex will span over 74,500 square meters and is designed to integrate residential housing, commercial services, offices, accommodation, and public spaces. The development covers six land plots, designated 2-1 through 2-6, along with associated technical infrastructure and road systems.

Following an investment cooperation agreement signed in June 2026, Lotte Properties HCMC Co., Ltd. completed land use fee payments totaling 17,569 billion VND in July 2026. The project received its fourth adjusted investment registration certificate on September 10, 2026.
