Lotte expands local recruitment in Vietnam

Lotte is increasing its local workforce in Vietnam, planning to hire approximately 500 employees this year, a 20% increase compared to last year. To support this expansion, the company held the ‘2026 Lotte Global Campus Recruiting in Vietnam’ from October 21 to 23 at five universities in Hanoi, including Vietnam National University and Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Six Lotte affiliates—Lotte Department Store, Lotte Hotel, Lotte World, Lotte Innovate, Lotte Mulsan, and Daehong Planning—participated in the event. The recruitment drive attracted over 3,000 job seekers and featured job consultations, one-on-one mock interviews, and information sessions regarding group business operations and career growth opportunities.

Lotte currently employs more than 10,000 local staff in Vietnam. Following the recruitment activities in Vietnam, the company plans to hold similar events in Indonesia to secure global talent and strengthen its employer brand in key markets.
