Lotte hosts Global Job Fair 2026 in Jakarta

Lotte hosted its Global Job Fair 2026 at the Smesco Indonesia Exhibition Hall in Jakarta, marking the first time the group has held this event in Indonesia. Under the theme “Career Journey with Lotte,” the fair aimed to introduce the group's business vision and assist local talent in exploring career paths.

More than 2,000 applicants registered online, with 600 selected participants joining the main program. The event also welcomed walk-in applicants from various regions, including Surabaya. Nine Lotte affiliates participated, including Lotte Chemical Indonesia (LCI), Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, Lotte Global Logistics, and Lotte Innovate.

The fair was organized into three interactive zones: Discovery, which introduced the company profiles; Connection, featuring recruitment consultations and interview simulations; and Experience, which provided interactive booths and activities.
