Lotte launches Watermelon Gelato Cup in Japan

Lotte Co., Ltd. announced that on August 17 it will begin selling a new Watermelon Gelato Cup nationwide in Japan, excluding convenience stores. The 120 ml cup is priced at ¥216 and features a two‑tone design: a red layer with watermelon‑juice ice and a green layer flavored to resemble watermelon rind, both coated with chocolate pieces.

New Era Japan, in partnership with the casual‑lifestyle brand ’47, will release a collection of caps inspired by popular Baskin‑Robbins flavors on August 13. The line includes three styles—MVP, CLEAN UP (with a kids size), and HITCH—priced between ¥4,620 and ¥4,950. The caps, which incorporate the colors of flavors such as Pop‑in‑Shower and Caramel Ribbon, will be sold through the official online store and ’47 retail locations, generating notable social‑media reaction.
