Lottery jackpots create new millionaires in the Czech Republic and Austria

A player in the Czech Republic won the top prize of the Sportka draw, receiving 7,854,888 Czech korunas, according to the Allwyn lottery operator. The win adds to Allwyn's reported total of 227 millionaires created this year, 168 of them from Sportka draws.

In Austria, a ticket sold in Vienna matched all six numbers in the national Lotto draw, delivering a jackpot of €2,029,082.70. Additional prizes were awarded, including a €348,710 Joker win and numerous lower‑tier payouts.
