Lottery winners in Vietnam claim 7.2 billion VND in prizes

Seven individuals in southern Vietnam have won a total of 7.2 billion VND in the recent lottery draw. Among the winners in Ho Chi Minh City, a technology driver and a female factory worker were identified as major prize recipients.

According to Lê Du, a representative of the Mỹ Hạnh lottery agency, the winnings included three jackpot prizes from the Vĩnh Long lottery and several consolation prizes from the Bình Dương lottery.

In a separate instance reported by the Bửu 79 agency in Tây Ninh, a man over 40 years old won a jackpot worth 4 billion VND from the An Giang lottery after purchasing a remaining stock of tickets with matching ending numbers.
