Thuringia player wins 50 million euro Lotto jackpot

A player or group in Thuringia has won the 50 million euro jackpot in the German Lotto 6 aus 49. This victory ends an exceptionally long drought; no one had hit the top prize since March 25, 2026.

The winning numbers were 7, 13, 24, 26, 32, 45, with the Superzahl 5. This record-breaking period of no winners was facilitated by a rule change in November 2023 that eliminated mandatory payouts, allowing the jackpot to remain at its legal maximum of 50 million euros until a winner is found.
