European lotteries report major jackpots and rare winning streaks
Various European lottery draws have resulted in significant jackpots and notable statistical occurrences in September 2026.
In Germany, the Lotto 6 aus 49 draw on September 9 featured a jackpot of 45 million euros, with winning numbers 7, 24, 28, 30, 39, and 41, and a Superzahl of 5. A subsequent Saturday draw is expected to offer a jackpot of approximately 48 million euros. Meanwhile, the Eurojackpot draw on September 11 featured a 40 million euro prize, with winning numbers 14, 21, 35, 37, 49 and Euro numbers 1 and 12.
In Austria, the Austrian Lotteries reported a rare occurrence where the main jackpot for the '6 aus 45' game remained untouched for the second time in two months. This follows a historic eight-fold jackpot event in July. As a result, the upcoming Sunday draw is expected to feature a jackpot of approximately 11 million euros.
In Poland, recent results for Multi Multi, Lotto, Lotto Plus, and Mini Lotto have been recorded, with the Multi Multi pool reaching over 1.2 million PLN on September 10.
