Louis Barré wins Tour de Pologne Stage 6 as Scaroni takes lead

Louis Barré of Visma | Lease a Bike secured his first professional victory by winning Stage 6 of the Tour de Pologne. During the mountainous stage in the Tatra Mountains, Barré launched a solo attack on the Bukowina Wall, finishing 10 seconds ahead of Christian Scaroni (XDS Astana).

Scaroni's second-place finish earned him the yellow jersey, placing him three seconds ahead of Barré in the general classification. The previous leader, Bart Lemmen, dropped to third place, trailing by five seconds. The overall race standings remain tight heading into the final 12.5-kilometer individual time trial in Wieliczka.

Earlier in the stage, Walter Calzoni (Pinarello Q36.5) was active in the climbs, securing points for the mountains classification. Santiago Buitrago (Bahrain Victorious) also featured in the decisive break before being dropped by Barré on the final ascent.
