Louis Vuitton expands Spin Time high horology collection

Louis Vuitton is expanding its presence in high horology by making the Spin Time collection a permanent fixture. The brand has introduced five new references that build upon the signature display of 12 rotating cubes, a design inspired by mechanical departure boards used in travel hubs.

The new collection features diverse technical and aesthetic approaches. Models include a 39.5mm white gold version in deep green with a textured rubber bracelet, and a rose gold edition featuring Australian blue opal, sapphires, and diamonds. A 42.5mm Spin Time Air model utilizes a suspended architecture where the cubes spell out the House’s name.

More complex iterations include the Spin Time Air Antipode, which displays 24 time zones by pairing cities 12 hours apart, and the Spin Time Air Flying Tourbillon. The latter, crafted in platinum, integrates a central flying tourbillon with a Monogram flower-shaped cage. These timepieces are developed through La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton, utilizing movements designed and assembled in-house.
