Louisiana law enforcement agencies release recent arrest records

Law enforcement agencies in Louisiana have released recent arrest records for Catahoula and Calcasieu Parishes.

In Catahoula Parish, Carol R. Curry, 56, of Jonesville, was arrested by the Catahoula Parish Sheriff’s Office. Charges include possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of CDS II, driving under suspension, no insurance, and three counts of obstruction of justice.

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported several arrests from July. Notable incidents include Kenneth Lee Phelps, 22, facing aggravated assault with a firearm and illegal use of weapons with a $150,000 bond, and Jack Coleman Cuno, 20, charged with pornography involving juveniles. Other reported offenses include burglary, theft, domestic abuse battery, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
