Louisiana Tech announces future football schedule updates

Louisiana Tech has finalized updates to its future football schedules, featuring several marquee matchups against major conference opponents. The Bulldogs are set to open the 2027 season on August 28 in Lawrence, Kansas, against the Jayhawks.

In 2028, Louisiana Tech will travel to Austin to face Texas on August 26. The following year, the Bulldogs will open the 2029 season in Tuscaloosa against Alabama on August 25. Alabama has also confirmed this non-conference matchup as part of its 2029 schedule, which includes a home-and-home series with Notre Dame.

Other scheduled contests include a home game against Mississippi Valley State in September 2028 and a matchup against Mississippi State on September 16, 2028.
