Louropel expands eco-friendly production in Vila Nova de Famalicão

Louropel, the world's largest button manufacturer, is constructing a new facility in Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal, dedicated to natural and recycled products. The initiative has received government approval.

Located in the parish of Louro, the new unit will be situated adjacent to the company's existing facilities. It will serve as a space for the storage and shipping of sustainable materials, such as coffee and semolina. This expansion aims to significantly increase the production of eco-friendly buttons from the current 25% to between 50% and 75%.
