Louvre-Lens hosts new exhibition exploring the art of cuteness

The Louvre-Lens in France has launched a new exhibition titled ‘So Cute! The Art of Happiness’, which runs until January 18, 2027. The display features nearly 300 works, including Egyptian animal figures, Renaissance portraits, and contemporary toys, all presented within a pastel pink aesthetic to explore the historical and psychological impact of cuteness.

In music, the Irish band Fontaines D. C. is releasing their fifth studio album, ‘Dopamine Chamber’, characterized by a blend of synthesizers and psychedelia.

In the arts, a retrospective for Japanese-American artist Ruth Asawa is scheduled to take place at the Fondation Beyeler in Switzerland from October 18, 2026, to January 10, 2027.
