Big Brother Australia 2026 returns with new housemates and twists

Big Brother Australia Network 10 reality television Mel Tracina Brisbane

Big Brother Australia has returned for its 2026 season on Network 10, featuring 14 new contestants. The production has moved from Dreamworld on the Gold Coast to a purpose-built house in Hemmant, Brisbane.

The new cast includes a variety of personalities, such as Anita, the sister of former winner Reggie Bird, and Austin, a TikTok creator. The season promises new elements, including a “mystery button” and various unexpected twists. To increase the intensity, the premiere featured a house stripped of beds, running water, and a Diary Room chair.

Host Mel Tracina returns for the series, with Mike Goldman providing voice-overs. Viewers can access a 24/7 live stream via 10 Play and participate in voting through the Network 10 website.
