Love Unlimited recruits volunteers for new audiobook project

Love Unlimited has announced a recruitment drive for voice actors to participate in the production of the audiobook ‘Hikari o Wakeru Shima’. This special project is designed to be inclusive, allowing individuals with no prior professional experience to participate by recording audio from their own homes.

Participants can use their smartphones to record audio via LINE OpenChat, which the administration then collects, edits, and integrates into the final work. The initiative follows the success of the picture book ‘Inochi no Mori’, which was published in Japanese, English, and French and was featured at the Cannes International Film Festival.

The project aims to make stories accessible to children, the visually impaired, and people in remote locations by using voice to convey narratives. A free online information session is scheduled for September 24 at 21:30.
