Lower Silesia rail operators launch weekend travel ticket
Koleje Dolnośląskie and POLREGIO have introduced the Dolnośląski Bilet Weekendowy, a regional travel offer for the Lower Silesia region. The ticket costs 59 PLN and provides unlimited travel on specific routes.
The ticket is valid from 18:00 on the working day preceding a holiday period until 06:00 on the first working day following the holidays. It is a personal ticket, meaning passengers must present identification during inspections.
In addition to regional lines within Lower Silesia, the ticket is honored by several international and regional carriers on specific border sections, including České dráhy (ČD), Deutsche Bahn (DB), Die Länderbahn (DLB), GW Train Regio (GWTR), Koleje Wielkopolskie (KW), and Leo Express Tenders (LET).
