Lowestoft Town FC launches appeal to combat debt

Lowestoft Town FC, a volunteer-run football club in the Isthmian League North Division, has launched a GoFundMe campaign to combat significant debts and outdated facilities at its Crown Meadow ground. Club chairman Iain Small set a fundraising target of £100,000 to help rebuild the eighth-tier club and secure its long-term future.

Local MP Jess Asato has voiced support for the campaign, describing the club as the “heartbeat of Lowestoft.” The appeal has also gained traction through social media, with football content creator Josh Cordeschi, known as Fusion Josh, using his platform to raise awareness and encourage community investment and merchandise sales to support the club.
